Adam O'Day - KTXS Bio
Adam O’Day is the producer for KTXS This Morning.
Born in North Carolina, Adam has lived in Texas for just over twenty years. He was raised in the suburb of Keller, near the Dallas-Ft. Worth Metroplex.
Adam received his bachelor’s degree from the University of North Texas in 2024 after two years at Austin Community College.
While at UNT, Adam developed his skills while working for Dave Campbell’s, where he served as a broadcaster for their streaming service, Texan Live, and as a highlight cutter for the inaugural season of their NFL Redzone-style show, Texas Football Tonight.
Adam’s most memorable moment with Dave Campbell’s Texan Live was the first game he called, where a regulation 7-inning high school baseball game went into 13 innings. Adam’s love for broadcasting was confirmed during this game, because he was able to excel despite having so many twists and turns thrown his way.
Adam’s sports background helped him develop a love for telling stories of those who have faced immense challenges. As producer of KTXS This Morning, Adam plans to use his platform to spotlight those who are making a difference in the Big Country.
In his free time Adam loves lifting weights, playing Madden, cheering on the Harding Bisons football team and listening to music - especially country artists Kolby Cooper and Austin Snell.
