The Best UFL to NFL Signings

With the NFL’s offseason workouts underway and the UFL’s championship game concluded, players will be looking to make their way onto an NFL roster. With training camps starting in late July, teams will hustle to sign the premier spring football league’s cream of the crop.

LB Willie Harvey Jr.

Battlehawks → Cowboys

Harvey was a cornerstone on one of the UFL’s best defenses this season. The Iowa State product led the league in tackles with 78 and has solid measurables at 5-11, 230 lbs. After losing LB Leighton Vander Esch to retirement, as well as several key DL in free agency, Harvey is likely to work his way into a good chunk of playing time.

RB Jacob Saylors

Battlehawks → Giants

After Saquon Barkley’s departure, the RB1 position is wide open in New York. Saylors led the UFL in rushing yards among running backs with 460 in the regular season and scored 8 total touchdowns in 2024.

EDGE Dondrea Tillman

Stallions → Broncos

Denver desperately needed depth on their d-line, and Tillman brings just that to the Mile High City. The Indiana (PA) product tallied six tackles for loss and 3.5 sacks in the regular season en route to helping Birmingham bring home a third straight spring football championship.

K Jake Bates

Panthers → Lions

After a season with a kicker controversy in Detroit, the Lions look to have found their kicker of the future with the first UFL to NFL signing of the summer. Bates spent this spring kicking in Ford Field with the Michigan Panthers, setting a UFL record with a 64-yard game-winning field goal in Week 1.
