UNT Releases 'New' Football Uniforms for 2024 Season

North Texas released new football uniforms on Tuesday, which are eerily similar to the uniforms worn through the 2021 season.

The team did make some minor changes to their uniforms.

The pants have a Texas outline with UNT’s Diving Eagle logo in the middle, differing from the Nike logo used in previous years.

Cornerback Ridge Texada models UNT’s all-white combination.

UNT added horizontal stripes to the shoulders, taking the place of numbers that the Mean Green used in 2023.

The American Athletic Conference logo sits on the right collarbone of the jerseys.

UNT will primarily use white helmets with a green winged logo. New green helmets seem to be on their way as well, according to head coach Eric Morris.

UNT will debut their new uniforms August 31 against South Alabama. Kickoff is set for 4 pm.
